Default Blackberry Pearl 8100 Questions (T-Mobile)!?

How do I access stuff that's on my memory card, and not on the device memory? Why does it delete text messages when connected to my computer?Do those messages get saved somewhere? Why does it delete messages after I turn it on and off?Why is there no call record? I have REPEATEDLY set it for the call log to include ALL calls, but it still logs NONE.I bought a bluetooth headset from T-Mobile (Samsung), and followed the directions to a T with both my and my sister's BB Pearls. It will not find the headset. Why?Why does it freeze all the time? Do others have this problem? Why do we get calls from contacts that aren't calls? I'll receive a phone call saying it's from one of my contacts, but when I answer, it's some recorded advertisement...Anyone else have this problem? It's really bizarre. What is the mute key for besides standby? It certainly doesn't put the phone on silent, as I've realized to my embarrassement in class and during an exam!If I have free T-Mobile to T-Mobile calls, does that include calls made to and received from from T-Mobile prepaid users? Are calls RECEIVED from MyFaves free?Do you have to call through the little MyFaves menu for it to be free, or if I just call through my phonebook or something, does it recognize the number as a MyFaves and make it free?AND, MOST IMPORTANTLY, DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW TO TRANSFER TEXT MESSAGES FROM YOUR BLACKBERRY ONTO YOUR COMPUTER?Answers to any of the above questions would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

How do I access stuff that's on my memory card, and not on the device memory?if you have a memory card, you can view your stuff on your memory card under:the menu key under media click picturesclick media cardif that doesn't help you. then on your blackberry you have a help icon click on that and referee your question to that .

Wow lots of questions =)I will try and answer a few of them for you.Deleted call logs and text messages: These are being deleted because you are running low on memory in your BlackBerry. To fix this issue you will have to purchase a MicroSD card to expand your memory capabilities.Your messages are gone, they cannot be recovered. Not sure about your Bluetooth issues, but the freezing definitely sounds like a symptom of low memory.Spammy calls: You should discuss this with your carrier, you may be able to block these types of calls.text message transfer to PC: You can transfer a single message to your PC by doing the following while you have the message open: select>menu>forward as>email. If you are looking for a complete backup of all your BlackBerry data, try using this program:http://www.processtext.com/abcblackberry.htmlIt does cost a fee for the full program, but there is a 30 day free trial that you can take advantage of.Hope this helps =)
