Mctured entirely from recycled plastics and draped in eco-friendly packaging, the Cedar is a 3G HSDPA device from Sony Ericsson's greenheart line of handsets. It measures III x 49 x 15.5 mm, the weighs just 84 grams.



The device comes equipped with a 2.0 megapixel camera, a 3.5mm headphone jack, and a 2.2-inch display. Incorporation of a high quality 1000 mAh battery means that users are going to have enough talk time on 3G networks.

Cedar is clearly the result of Sony Ericsson's drive to come out with an affordable 3G handset, which can be appealing to entry-level 3G users. It offers users an easy-to-use SNS expe¬rience with the Widget Manager 2.0, an application, which allows users to access social networking via the stand-by screen. The phone also retains the human curvature design that has become hallmark of Sony Ericsson's mobile handsets off late.
