SONY ERICSSON W890i Mobile Phone THE W890i IS an update to the W880i with some minor tweaks. For starters it's now got keys big enough to be used by those with fingers wider than a knitting needle, although they're still pretty fiddly. The menu's also been tweaked, now boasting a PSP!PS3-style cross-media bar.
With MegabassTh" Sony's patented system for making your bass sound "mega", an FM radio, SensMe - for creating "mood-based" playlists and TrackID for identifying tunes while out and about - the W890i is top dog for music. There's also a very good, 3.2-meg camera and HSDPA crammed in there, too. With excellent build, connectivity and music bits, the W890i is the best all-round phone here, but it's a bit dowdy compared to the 8800 and this test is all about looks. Call us shallow, if you will.
