Guess what, the retro flip design is back in a much power packed form with the SE W350. It looks like a lankier version of the 2nd generation iPod nano, but in a more chiseled and suave avatar. It has a wafer thin form factor and quick access music controls keys on the flip surface itself. The flip opens easily, but is so thin that I doubt if it would survive even a strong gush of wind.
This Walkman has a fairly good 1.3 MP camera that clicks good day shots (some tweaking of settings require and passable evening shots with nightmode on. But there's no video-recording and you can't zoom unless in VGA/QVGA mode. It comes with a 512 MB card and can accommodate up to 4 GB. The loudspeaker is loud even with one speaker and the bundled earphones perform well ( though you can also use your own earphones for better sound experience).

The battery is good and lasts for a day with calls, music and some gaming. At this price, if you want to go with Nokia, you may consider the XpressMusic 5310. At just 2k more, you could also consider SE's own CyberShot K790i with a great 3.2 MP camera, Xenon flash, M2 card slot and music playback functions.
