I would stay away from anything that is too good to be true. I heard about some sites in the stores that not only did not send the product, but are in a frenzy of shopping online with credit card information they provide.

Thanks for the input guys, I was a skeptic too, trust me I did all the things that Google, since it is not listed on a website trade THO. But imma have to say no to this, thanks again. BTW, have great honest reviews of the phone.

I got to get my hands on a unit to really decide whether or not to step on this phone, but Imma have to go with the HTC Fuze, but I would like to separate myself from the pack, and a contract with this phone.
