Thread: Problem with sony ericsson w910i??

Any time i try to get in to my text messages it says operation failed and i can't recieve any texts ...22 minutes ago - 3 days left to answer.

I had this a couple of times with my W810i. When I had the wanring to delete messages as I had too many, I had been deleting some (when it automatically takes you to the delete menu) and a new text came through. I had tried to open it at that point and I got the message operation failed.Some things to try before calling your network provider for help* Switch the phone off and on again* Delete all the messages you don't need to ensure you have enough room* Don't try and press too many buttons in quick succession as if the memory is quite full, the phone won't work as fast as your fingers are - causing error messages* Try another sim in your phone (same network sim) and see if you get the issue, and also try your sim in another phone (same network phone) If the issue stays with the phone it could be a phone problem, if the issue moves with your sim to the other phone, you may need a replacement sim.If all else fails, call your network provider who'll be able to go through som troubleshooting with you to suss out the problem by process of elimination and get it sorted for you.Good Luck

Hey just go ARC for sony and tell them reflash softwrae for,after that your msg and everthing works fine so don't worry.That one is sftwrae problem.
