Thread: i have bought a sony ericsson k850i I'm having software problems...can you help me ???

software problems....once i go into MEDIA there apears to be no sign of any music or photos but once i go to file manger it all there....how do i fix it????

I want to patronise, but it maybe that you have to goto....MY FILES.....this is were all your music files may be etc. I have a w850i....i thought they may be simillar....i hope i helped

You need to go to "My Files" not media, my phone's the same. And if the files are on your memeory card then you will need to locate it on your phone. That should do the job for you! :)
