Netbooknews our colleagues have in fact had the opportunity to take over the 11.6 inch Sony Vaio ultraportabale YB during the show and give us their impressions on video. It is noted that the tested model, equipped with a similar configuration model Vaio YB1S1E / S sold in the hex, Windows 7 gets an index of 3.7. On the right we find the power connector, the VGA and HDMI video outputs, an air vent and a USB 2.0 port, while the front houses the two card readers and the right side audio ports, the two USB 2.0, Kensington and attaches to the Ethernet port. It was at the right end of the hinge as the start button is positioned.

The touchpad looks good but its buttons are rather low quality and appear noisy. For his part chiclet style keyboard is pleasant to use but it is clear on the video he flexes under pressure. Roland believes that the set of low-end and notes that other ultraportables in Brazos platform are cheaper than the Sony Vaio YB and could represent a better solution.
