Default WINDOWS 7 - PC very unstable

My problem is this: My PC is rarely more than 10 minutes without a blue screen IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL type. He even regularly crash on startup, but when you touch it, it takes longer. IT comes back from the repairman who tells me that there was no clerical error. a little help please?

I am well aware that you do not have enough info to help me. Because I do not know why you give! I am at your disposal if you want more info.

    Hello,

I failed to know if you had filled in the various fields in your profile to describe your pc (all parts of your current configuration). If this is not done, I advise you to do, it will help a potential diagnostic / consultancy.

I suggest the 2 easy but lengthy manipulations the following:
    - Make an anti virus scan all disks and all scan methods activated in safe mode (if I read Kaspersky)
    - Do a chkdsk (check disk) by going to each HDD, right click / outis / Check Now. The audit is triggered after reboot.

IRQL not less or Equal relates directly to a driver problem. When the system uses the wrong driver, it crashes altogether. Since when do you have this problem? This should coincide with the installation of new equipment. Inside, there is the offending driver name. It will be easier with this name to search his personal memory.
