Thread: WINDOWS 7 - PC very unstable

My problem is this: My PC is rarely more than 10 minutes without a blue screen IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL type. He even regularly crash on startup, but when you touch it, it takes longer. IT comes back from the repairman who tells me that there was no clerical error. a little help please?
