Yes quite c is an invisible partition that you used when you have an OEM cd reinstal win. You can simply remove from the disk management.Only the mini-market is possible from the console or win back those apps like partition magic. For reinstallation of win cons with oem cd mini-market will be impossible if this partition.

Even if that date, I struggled a lot with it so if it can be used:* After deleting the partition with diskpart eom,I recreated the first partition of minimum size (8MB) and then partition the rest of the disk (225Go for me).
