Apple unveiled a new computer at the Apple Worldwide Developers Conference (WWDC).New Mac Pro desktop that features two Dual-Core Intel Xeon processors running up to 3.0 GHZ, 1GB of 667 MHz memory (upgradeable to up to 16GB), 250 GB of storage (upgradable to up to two terabytes), and comes with one single 16x Superdive, but has room for one more. Check out the technical specs to get a better idea of what's inside this super powerful computer.The new MacPro runs twice as fast as the Power Mac G5 Quad, and according to the Apple website, it boasts 4.9 million possible configurations. If you can't wait to get your hands on one, the new Mac Pro will be available starting at ,499 for the basic configuration. The downside of this is that it only includes a keyboard and a mouse. No monitor is included (although they appear to have been drastically reduced), and it's equipped with the OS X Tiger, which means you'll want to wait until Spring when the new OS X Leopard is released. This new version also includes the final version of Bootcamp, the application that let's you boot into Windows.
