    CPU AMD PHENOM X4 BLACK EDITION 955 - 3.2 GHz + Zalman CNPS 9900NT

The problem is that the day I received the config, the card has been mounted on the first pci e port without the switch, as I had poor performance, so I then plug the switch by reversing the port PCI card with e, but I still have the same performance with or without brief is the same, so it's something else.

Okay, so I tested with the minimum graphics card GTX 460 Oc buddy, I ram with 15 fps, and maximum is simply unplayable, yet at home, TF2 passes thoroughly blocked a constant 60fps without any problem with my graphics card 6950 and GTX460 graphics card.
