I only purchased a novel Belkin F5L001cooling pad, and we remarked the fan is not turning. Is the fanalways supposed to be running?

If it should be always with or with demand. Some people can not stand one or the other. My answer is "It depends." Be certain to examine that the ability to the Belkin is used.
I appreciate the post. I finished up going to Walmart and they examined a novel one on their screen models and it does appear to run constantly . Therefore we substituted it for a novel one. Have a good day!
I seemed for DETAILS about that model and arrived away without a definitive "documented behavior." Sorry but you did what had to be done! Thanks for doing the leg work.
I have an old dual fan Vantec I acquired free with a free laptop. This one has a dial with that rear next to 5 USB ports. When I first plugged it in it was with extremely slow. I could not say if it was running. When I detected the dial I cranked it up to high. Today I vary the speed with how warm or cold it is with room temp. Google Vantec and click Products then Notebook Accessories. I am thinking of acquiring a novel one like High speed is actually loud today.
