Default How to extract files from Hard disk?

I have a compaq presario v3000 laptopwhich is around 4 years old. It is an AMD processor laptop. Thelaptop above heated & has caused the motherboard to fail. I havemuch more of files/photos with the hard drive that I would enjoy toretrieve still I do not expect to pay ridiculous prices for an ITshop to retrieve them or pay for another motherboard.

I donot expect to remove the hard disk from the laptop, because its arisky plan..The blue light of the power button is on, thus I thinkthat my laptop is running internally??? If anybody experiences how toacquire the data or how to turn the internal hard drive into anexternal USB hard drive.. please assist me or else I have to pay alarge money to acquire the data rear.

Typically you would delete the HDD from the L/T and apply an enclosure to do data transfer, that is normally what a shop would do. It is not commonly considered a major job, still the HDD will have to be deleted if the system is non functional.

A hard drive enclosure is a little cabinet that you would keep your hard disk drive from your laptop into to transfer your files to another computer. This little box would have a USB cable with it that you can plug into another computer thus you can access it like an external hard drive.

The one connected to at eBay is for a 3.5" disk. Every laptop disks I experience are 2.5". Then you require a smaller enclosure. Better examine earlier you purchase.
