    Hi

    My Acer holds with freezingup later I sign with it displayed this file was missing<windowsroot>\system32\ntoskrnl.exe then it only holdsresetting above & above I have rang Acer in Australia about thistrouble they told me to Restart on my CDS & by Hold Down the ALTF10 keys when I sign with which did not do the job either.


    I bought the Acer Aspire 3680 XPRecovery CD restore disc which I thought would do the job but ithowever holds resetting, A Computer Tech from this web site said thatI should attempt to set up Windows again but I have acquired nothought how to do that because my Laptop would not read the discs forfew reason? She told me to arrive here to the forum for assist thushere I am.

    Can Somebody assist me please.?????

    Hi considerable I can not detect you but not to worry IL post few test software and few info here above the next hour, I will may be send you few downloads via payloads also, are you okay to run diagnostics and or attempt and rebuild your system applying the e-recovery method like if you are IL talk you via it

    I have attempted the E-Recovery that did nothing, How do I campaign a Diagnostic??? And have you detected my account till????

    Hi

    I acquired your account, I have emailed you few internal links to the Acer diagnostics and the service manual for your system. Make certain you have enabled recovery as its default is switched off in the BIOS. You require to go into the BIOS and feel for the bit that tells D2D

    I am novel at this thus how do I apply the Acer3680 Diagnostics???? I have to burn it like a ISO file as well do not I?????? Can you explain how I have to do this please...........

    I experience you must have a much more of folk to assist but I still have not received that ISO link till???? Wish they sort out the server trouble soon Will wait for the next reply on the ISO link ...
