Thread: Scan Files as well Programs Earlier Opening?

I am new here, and donot experience a much more about computers. I use a much more of P2Pdealing, and I am surprising if there is a way to scan documents,files, programs, etc. earlier I open them. I generally put all on anexternal HD to hold my PC freed up, but I think I have acquired fewbugs & problems since I have been applying the P2P sites.

Ihave the M/S security essentials, and as well the Norton package onconstant guard arrives on my internet service. I acquireoverprotective of my computer and want to download and install everyanti-virus there is sometimes! But as well on this beefed up Norton,my computer looks buggy and messed up. Is there a way to protectmyself from buggy things earlier I really open and setup them?

We are more than happy to help you in removing them, if you wish. If you take a firm stand on applying them, you are on your own. As well applying more than active anti virus program is extreme counter productive. They will conflict with each other and cause also more troubles.

Oh, sorry! I had no idea...... I have only been applying the sites to trade educational material that other schoolfellows & teachers post, thus I am new to those web sites also, the two are private therefore I had no idea they were controversial!

Admittedly I did not read the rules...DOH! As they commonly only have to do with manners, which I am fairly good at. Guess I learned my lesson from assuming on that one. Thanks for the information about the anti-viruses, that could be the whole trouble...I was running about five at one time.

I am surprised your PC runs on two, allow alone five. That will surely make your PC run slow, etc. As well, from personal experience, Norton will make it buggy.

Considerable .....it was not actually running...it was driving me crazy, LOL! I am happy to hear somebody else looks that way about Norton....my gut told me it was bothering the PCs performance, but I thought..."who am I to question the experts?" Thus I accepted it from my internet provider without complaining. But in the past, I hated Norton!

You can while use one anti virus program and have mutable tools to also use to scan for malware in your arsenal. Only remember when applying other tools to temporary disable your present anti virus program thus the other tools have a better chance of detecting infections and will not conflict on your anti virus program.
