Thread: Require advice on Aspire One D270 Ram Upgrade

I cannot search any help on maximum amount of ram I can utilize on Aspire One D270. This is a little notebook functioning on Intel Atom processor. I require few information on ways to upgrade random access memory. What is the maximum size I can utilize. I had seen few sites extending around 4GB ram for this machine. But I cannot buy that blindly.

Aspire One D270 is a movable notebook which arrives with 1GB DDR3 RAM. I am not capable to search the perfect chipset utilized in this laptop. I purchased a 2GB stick for that similar model which did not function. I had called a technician. He had wasted a lot time in opening up the complete unit. The system does not turned on later adjusting the random access memory. After that he went empty handed and said to me that this notebook has few compatibility consequences. The most you can do is carry the laptop to any acer service center and ask them about promotes. Because they can furnish you an appropriate answer for that. And if the system is under warranty do not open that with your own hand. You may loose your warranty.

I ganked 2 gigs out of my moms acer, it's like night and day. Get the upgrade.
