Default What do you think of the HP DM 4 1060???

    Hello everybody,

I'm back from Fnac or I could Tater's "famous" of the touchpad dm3, which actually does not convince me, but the street trade I just saw that the touchpad on the DM4 WAS not in the same invoice, and I hope he will be better to use!

and you tarry, you and / or what do you think the DM4, me I like it very seriously, so go there Let go you.

The DM4 is not bad but in fact the model with integrated graphics card is even better but probably less autonomous and especially more expensive.

    Is the DM4-1070.

And the new models have a better HP and finishes are prettier too.

Yes but I just want a little autonomy even when!

What new models hp, the Series 2000 dm3, they have the same touchpad as the old, and I like it not, or switch on my 14 "!

I ordered yesterday the HP DM4-1070sf shop on HP macif (I hit 719 €), I should receive it in the afternoon or tomorrow, I'll post my feedback.

Anyway, I found it the best value for money. Not much opinion in France for the moment, but across the channel and across the Atlantic are very favorable reviews. In the weak points, we note that the quality of the touchpad has not improved (they got back on the old envy touchpad 13, but apparently, HP has released a driver that improves a bit with use).

I look forward to reading your first impressions!

not bad for the touchpad, but I hope it is more pleasant to the touch than dm3 which is a bit catastrophic I found it!

I think the order too, but I hesitate to wait until September to see the promos rentree!

bah ca me is my crack, command yesterday on the ground floor I'm already in the process of testing and is the drama!

Firstly, the upper left of the keyboard is not snaps, I had to do it myself!!

It is not cool, impossible to make a simple right click with the touchpad, I had just download the new drivers hp, nothing to do

Finally, I'm online with ROC to make it!

Suddenly you will make and take another DM4 or you change the model? It happens all the marks that some things wrong on his models typically happens almost never 2 times.

Firstly, it is beautiful, no noise at the opening, closing the laptop, very well done, good, very pleasant to chiclet keyboard typing.

For the touchpad, I have a very good feeling with touchpads of shit because of my old PC that was supposed to be null and I served very well, like this one. There are just two fingers to scroll and zoom to show once about 4.

The sound is pretty good, I find that the screen is good too, and the fingerprint reader works great (to open windows and login website).

By cons, after installing windows, black screen. Reboot. it works. After installing antivirus software, reboot. After seven windows logo, black screen, with the computer that is running, my fingerprint reader asks my finger to log in, the session opens (I hear the noise). Only in safe mode that I can log

I call HP, they make me run a procedure that does nothing, the girl told me that it is a hardware problem, the computer is left this morning by courier.

I watched a bit yesterday with a friend rather stalled in info, which would be a driver problem (seen as the computer in safe mode works), rather than graphics.

I am not too much impressed with this HP DM 4 model as it requires to change the whole system and also it not very efficient.
