Default Which phone synchs Outlook ?????????

I am a T-mobile customer, employing aWing (by HTC). My Wing is degradation down later 2 years of heavyuse. I require to substitute it. I am operating Windows Mobile 6.5,and Outlook 2007 on my Windows XP desktop. I do not apply ANY dataplan on the phone, and don't expect to give money for a data design.I synchronize to desktop Outlook utilizing USB connection and ActiveSync.

I require a phone that will synchronize entirely (havingcategories, reminders, etc) on Outlook Calendar, Tasks, and Contacts. It is my impression that just Windows Mobile will do this without viamedia, but I might be misidentified with this. I require a qwertykeyboard. I care the Wing's tap display (with stylus, but I onlyapply a fingernail). A real keyboard is a second selection. Iactually disapproval my husband's iPhone touch keyboard, but Isuppose I would acquire apply to that type if I had to.

Iexperience there are some extremely sophisticated (and expensive)phones out there that will do what I require. I don't expect to givemoney for characteristics I don't require, and I particularly don'texpect to purchase a phone that needs a Data plan. I might expect toplus Web or WiFi later, but I don't require it now. I don't requireto access my email, or facebook, or IM, or GPS.

I actuallyonly require my Outlook desktop (not having email!), with qwerty, inmy pocket. I am not in a position to shift suppliers. T-mobile is myprovider for the near future, but I'd view phones that T-mobiledoesn't support, as long as I could unlock it. Any suggestions? Am Iactually the only one left who applies Outlook like an on-the-goorganizer, and doesn't expect web or WiFi or data plan?

I am writing some WM Apps and every phone I attempted that runs WinMo synchronized only alright also if it was not activated. The synchronized characteristic works even when there is no phone service and even when there is no SIM card. Not certain if this assists.

It isn't clear in most reviews and online specifications that every Windows Mobile phones will synchronize without a data connection, the mode my Wing does. Your reply was helpful in clarifying that. I am however wishing someone can steer me toward a Windows Mobile phone that is dependable and priced fairly... I'm seeming at an unlocked Pantech Duo, but haven't detected reviews still.

They were not that impressed with the keyboard. The 2 WM phones I like to demo with is the HTC Touch Pro 2 and a Pharos m619. Both are untamed different phones and again, Outlook synchronizes only as it does with any WM PDA or phone. The m619 has no Sim and runs, synchronizes only alright.

Therefore far, Outlook synchronizing has never went wrong with any WM phone for us. Uh, may be I should tell. I'm writing applications for WM thus I acquire to test this with so many units. But that doesn't mean I'll have an opportunity to watch them everything.

My point is, if its WM then it synchronizes above the USB cable every time. Synchronizing above the cell phone network would be till yet the cell companies discretion. But wait. That's not everything. On the soon to come Windows Mobile 7, the landscape alters forcefully. I can't wait to attempt our applications there.

There are a complete slew of mostly negative reviews if you do easy google search. I detect it a extremely plain, lackluster device. If I were you, I'd stick with a reliable and examined WM phone that was used w/ T-Mobile, as the DASH. Although it only has EDGE, you don't have a data plan anyway. It does have WiFi which comes in handy, obviously and does not incurred any alterations from the carrier. FWIW, I've watched the Dash for sale on ebay or craigslist for <=$100 US. There's also a novel one w/ the 3G frequency bands, but it will similarly sell for much more.

Thanks for the tip with the Duo. I did detect a number of negative reviews about it being onionskin. Decidedly a no on that one. I think I should attempt to detect a recently discontinued phone that acquired good reviews when it was novel. That's how I purchase my cameras, and it's worked pretty in terms of bang for my buck. Anyone have a Windows Mobile phone that might be yesterday's news, but has functioned them well?

It's a WM phone which works only alright for basic use. Plenty of basics on it through google, etc. is another 'speciality' forum dealing with all the bells and whistles of the several handsets or providers. You might examine that site at some point as well.

I'm in the similar boat: don't expect email on my phone, etc. but do expect to synchronize my calender, notes, contacts. I am however using my 3G Motorola Razr. Only limitation is no qwerty keyboard thus texting is a hassle. I'm seeming for something only as you expect, but thus far however seeming and keeping on to my razr!! Let me experience if you detect a good replacement.

Really, the iTunes Outlook synchronization is flawed and unfinished. I suppose if you didn't already experience how a Windows Mobile phone syncs on Outlook, you might accept the inferior sync of the iPhone. It's extremely well, thus it must be better, right? Wrong.

I did refer I don't expect to switch carriers, and I don't expect to give money for a data plan. I even don't expect an Apple product that only gives lip service to being compatible with Outlook, but doesn't have the power to sync unlined. I'll be acquiring a Dash. Thanks for everyone's assist.

Hi I apply the Touch pro 2 and it sync with Microsoft outlook great. All the information as Calendar, Contacts, Notes and Task will synchronize with USB cable. The keyboard is great with dedicated numbers row and never had any troubles with phone. Hope this assists.
