    Default Troubles of iPad

I have the DirecTV application foriPad set up and functioning on my HR20i HD-DVR. My receiver displaysup in the lower left hand corner of the instrument and I can watchwhat I am presently watching, my play list, and apply the remotecontrol function. Still, when I attempt to choose the live streamingfunction I acquire an error message that tells "Live StreamingUnavailable. An HD-DVR was not detected with your network. Pleaseconnect to the same Wi-FI like your HD-DVR and attempt it again."
Any ideas how to fix this?

You have a special HDDVR that is applied with a IP based system rather than a regular coax network. I am afraid that your receiver does not measure up for the live steaming module. But I will ask my DirecTV contacts to watch what they tell.

Like remarked in response 3, it has nothing to do with your IP address. Much more on your receiver model number. You are among a extremely little percentage with this "special" receivers. and it appears enjoy this "special" receivers, receive "special" care from DirecTV. I will hold you posted once I hear rear from my DirecTV contacts.

Best to begin your own novel thread applying the "Create New Post" button with the main forum page. Your trouble may extremely pretty be different from the original poster's. On a novel thread you can support more data about your equipment, location, and troubleshooting you have attempted thus far. And this forum software produces it tough to track or respond to folks that plus onto somebody else thread.

Do you have an HR20i receiver? Best to commence your own novel thread applying the "Create New Post" button with the main forum page. Your trouble may extremely pretty be different from the master poster's. With a novel thread you can support more information about your equipment, location, and troubleshooting you have attempted thus far. And this forum package creates it hard to go after or reply to common people that contribute to on somebody else thread.

No I have an Atari 2600 but I did sleep at a Holiday Inn Express previous night... No earnestly ,Yes like receiver. Some people in our community have the same issue as well. Some work and some don't and all have the HR20i. Afterwords we do have the as receiver and even apply an IP depended system I figured it would be simpler to compare remarks with the similar thread but I will begin a novel thread!

According to my DirecTV contacts. The MFH3network can't be applied for any customer particular data streaming or controlling the receivers with the iPad application. The customers can apply the 2nd Ethernet port to link to their own internal network, but few properties adjust this up hence they can access DOD content. This does not finish up being a LAN type address that the iPad application needs. I have even had reports of customer's ordering cck-w's and linking them to the building's WiFi network which has caused multiple issues. At this time, this is still under investigation.
