Default If your conceiving of going to Straight talk, do not do it

I switched to Straight talk 3 monthsago. I have had problem with my Samsung phone shutting off by itself.Later various calls they did agree to substitute the phone. Justtrouble is they would not send a phone till yet they acquire mine. They tell it brings about a week. How am I supposed to go without aphone for a week? The other trouble is I can not transfer everythingthe contacts to the novel phone if I do not have them both.

Idid a small research before switching and did not detect a much moreof information about Straight talk. If anybody is surprising, thecustomer service is no good! It sounds as the customer service isdepended in a foreign country.

I had some problem with mine and they had me do an update, much enjoy the update I had to do when I was with Verizon. Verizon's update was. I can not remember, since I only did it once but I expect to say that Straight talk update was. Do not bring my word for it, call their tech support in the morning and ask how to update your phone.

I think it is while. You will expect to do it with alternative 1 and later that completes you will expect to do it everything above again and choose option 2. It really does work, just not certain about the number to dial.

Later only a couple days I was unhappy with the phone and service and switched my number and service to a novel supplier. Since there was already time with the phone, and there was nothing wrong with the phone I decided not to allow it go to waste and acquire the Straight Talk phone turned rear on with a novel number. I was then informed I requires to buy another service card to reactivate! The original one I bought was good ! Should however be good!

Why would you port then switch rear and want them to roll out a red carpet? You voluntarily switched suppliers. Do the math. If you expect more enhanced service from a wireless carrier, then you have to pay for it. Period.

I changed from Verizon to ST above a year ago. It however utilizes the Verizon network, Android mobiles are today usable for buy for this network, unlimited talk, text and web. Seldom is there a dropped call. My Samsung phone is great and when my boy friend had a billing matter they called him rear nearly instantly and settled the trouble.

He does work in client back up for another co. and he was IMPRESSED. My only complaint is the automated 411 service. That does suck, but it's minor. I only look up phone numbers via the browser. Only because you have troubles with a phone dude, do not this the complete service. You are leading people away from a excellent service and company. I give 5 stars and am extremely happy!

Going the prepaid route has a distinct trade off. Though the average consumer saves money, the client service goes down proportionally. The prepaid products/services fulfill a unique niche of the consumer market and there is perfectly nothing wrong with that.

They have hold costs low to offer such low service prices. Most people have no problem with prepaid, only do not go into prepaid thinking you will acquire the similar level of CS as with a postpaid carrier.

Again like a customer of Straight Talk and former customer of Verizon, there is little difference in service. ST however applies the Verizon network....for less as compared to half of what I was paying for Verizon , I am extremely fulfilled!

You are not going to be capable to go to a Straight Talk store enjoy you could with a post paid cellular provider. I experience that ST functions with the Verizon network, but the backup is not at the same level and they are independent from each other. I am not arguing that you did or did not have good experience with them.
