Thread: Simpatico issue?

Hi, I only purchased myst for my iPodtouch 8gb today. I purchased it in iTunes and synced it to the touch.Unluckily when I click to play it the title display looks earlier ablack display occurs and I am kicked rear to my home page.


I even upgraded my OS to iOS4 onlyearlier purchasing myst thus am anticipating that is the trouble. Isuppose my question is will the myst application be updated forcompatibility with os4, or does it also require that. If anybody elsehas done the OS upgrade and is including no troubles with myst pleaseallow me now.

I can confirm the similar matter on Myst with an iPod Touch and iOS 4. It is running alright with my 16G iPhone 3GS, but not with my 64G iPod Touch.

I have opened a ticket on Cyan (well did last week, when the pre- free GM version was freed to developers) but have not heard anything form them. I am certain they are aware and will acquire to it as soon as resources are usable.

Ok I am setting up myst with the novel iPhone 4, to watch if it does work ok or not. Thus far so good, Game starts, intro video and I can go to the imager by the dock, therefore I would tell its a pass so far.

The game ran alright with the novel iphone 4 until I turned the sound with. Once I enabled the sound (with the mute button n the iphone) the game instantly went to the home display of the phone and now will not run. Have reported novel detection to Cyan

I was able to run Myst w/sound off on 3Gs -- but it went right to home display when I flipped the sound with. Then with subsequent starts it would load display of my previous save then bail out to home display. But.....I the phone off or rear with and game would run again on sound muted not certain if this assists anything, but that is my experience.
