I am appearing for softwareto plan a custom questionnaire to be finished with a smart phone. Ialso require the phone to automatically send the responses to anemail account for actual-time data capture.
Any assist orsuggestions would be appreciated.

If I were to tackle this I would apply a web page on the forms and such sized for apply with the phone. This mode you escape including to code for a particular OS or phone.

I guarantee you will acquire more of a response at XDA developers forum. Hopefully the mods will agree with me and not delete my reply (apply Google for the URLs). If can code to to run with the several particular mobile OSs, everything the better IMHO.

If I experience that forum they will have you making a native application. That is not a bad thing but the mobile web version could work across many phones instead of only a few.

They may be will pimp another application. I commonly do enjoy web versions but I however would as more particulars from the OP.
