Thread: Mobile application login

Just downloaded the mobile applicationfor Android and every time I attempt to log in it tells me that theusername and password fields are blank when they are most definitelyfilled in.

You are employing your website account name and password to log in. I do not run an Android, but I assume the account name is in the form of an email address.

Including the same issue....my login creditials work alright with the website but the iPad application with two different devices are acquiring the same error. Downloaded application again and however no luck.

Off the wall here, but I would attempt going to forum and altering my email and password then put it right back again. Have not had the exact trouble, but the modification has created other applications accept a recalcitrant password.

I am holding the similar issue with the Android application. Somebody should look into this. There are a dozen comments about this with Android market and the application has not been updated.

Novel customer here....only downloaded the application onto my HTC Evo 4G. Similar issue: holds asking me for my email and password, also while I have entered them. Attempted uninstalling and reinstalling with no luck
