Thread: Android Phones Getting 2.2 aka “FROYO” Update Soon

No qualm Google’s OS, Android has gained status in a very short age of time. The demand for Android (v2.1) based phones has attained sky high. This exponential increase in demand may be qualified to the OS’s ease of use, faster browser and various other apps. In some cases the demand is superior to production. To meet this gap, Android v2.2, nicknamed Froyo, will soon be released.

There are some mobiles which are certainly receiving Froyo. Some of these are:-

• Nexus One

• MyTouch 3G and MyTouch 3G Slide

• HTC Desire

• Motorola Droid

• HTC EVO 4G

Most of the main mobile makers are keeping close currently but along with basis most of the mobiles which were supposed to be improved to Android 2.1 will now get Froyo. Stay watching this gap for more news on Froyo.
