No audio in Nintendo 3DS. How to Fix

I have purchased Nintendo 3DS and the trouble that I am having with it is that there I am not acquiring audio from the speakers. It was functioning well through now and I did not have any such consequences with it before. I do not familiar what has went wrong with it but I only needed to familiar if there is anything I can try out to acquire it functioning again. Can this be because of some type of hardware issue?? Any suggestions?

There are possibilities that there may be few hardware consequences but you can try out the below workaround and see if you are capable to acquire the audio back. First power off your Nintendo 3DS and power it on again then go to the HOME Menu and turn the volume entire to max and see if you are capable to acquire the sound back. If it assists then there must be something wrong with a game or a characteristics settings. If that does not assist then your speakers may have turned error and you will have to acquire them repaired.

In that case I only needed to familiar if you are acquiring no sound from the speaker for few particular games or with entire the games ? If it is with a particular game then as stated above there may be something wrong with the game. If it is with entire the games then your speakers have turned error better acquire it checked.
