Alex Mercer is apparently hell and back. However, their main problem is that he does not remember the trip there. Prototype, which began as a way of Vivendi Games, developed by Radical Entertainment, but was acquired by Activision when it merged with Vivendi. This is interesting on two levels: first, I used the word "absorbed" above, and secondly, that the game is being published by Activision, which also produced the recent Spider-Man, games, because it resembles a prototype in many ways.
